By pure chance, this week’s box is all about the many flavours of tea. From the familiar matcha to the slightly nutty hojicha to the light tones of genmaicha, this week is about tea. Naturally, we recommend you enjoy this box with a cup of Japanese tea (as with all our boxes)! We’ve also included a new product from our test kitchen in this box. It’s a sesame-coated azuki bean ball, so let us know what you think!
