Is it Gluten-free?

Our traditional Japanese snacks are primarily made from glutinous rice flour, which despite the name, is gluten-free! We also use gluten-free soy sauce.
NOTE: While we only use oats in our oat cookies, they haven’t been certified gluten-free so out of an abundance of caution, we’re not calling our oat cookies gluten-free. They’re wheat-free though!

Our FHSR Score!

We’re happy to announce that we were given a FHSR (Food Hygiene and Safety (England) Regulations 2014) score of 5 in our recent inspection!! While this means we’re doing things right, this also means we’ve got some pretty high expectations to maintain. We’ll keep on doing our best.
