Semi-Special: The “Hatsumōde” Box

In Japan, it’s customary to visit the shrine of your choice in the New Year. Known as “hatsumode”, this practice has you not only praying to the gods, buying good luck charms and fortunes, but also enjoying the many “yatai” street food stalls. In that sense, we’ve themed the final box for the month of January along the lines of “hatsumode” so enjoy!
