Not only were the treats DELICIOUS but the customer service was impeccable and incredibly accommodating. Website entered wrong shipping address (my fault) and I was able to contact them easily and quickly on Instagram to get that updated. Delivery was 24 hours so they came the day after they were shipped and were very well packaged so everything was kept safe. Will definitely be buying from here again! I bought 3 sets of different mochi including the adzuki box to celebrate an anniversary and my partner being an incredible first- time dad with our newborn! Ken coordinated a suprise, waited outside for my partner to come and gave a bespoke message to let my partner know he was doing a great job as a dad. It was so sweet AND the mochi was absolutely delicious! My partner is also Japanese and we’ve spent time all over Japan trying sweets - these were as authentic, and delicious!
