We are well and truly into autumn, and that means it’s time to really dive into autumn wagashi flavours.
Symbolism is common in wagashi so we’re bringing the image of the wild boar with our “Inoko mochi”, a cute daifuku with three stripes on top to mimic the appearance of a cute wild boar.
We’ll also be introducing Japanese “nashi” pear puree yatsuhashi as an optional add-on! The sweet notes of pear work wonders with the soft mochi of the yatsuhashi and will certainly bring the autumn!
