Vegetables and fruit tend to be seasonal in Japan, so it’s always a shock when you realise you can get ingredients out of season. We love strawberries but thought the strawberry season was over. Turns out that the UK season ends in September but thanks to global trade, we still have access to strawberries! This calls for a special box, which we’re calling the “Matchaberry” box!
